How pretty is the blossom at the moment especially on a beautiful day like this.
The sky is so quiet (we get quite a few flights overhead bound for Belfast International Airport), that the only sounds to be heard in the garden are the bird-song and the buzzing of the bees around the cherry blossom.
The sky is so blue today and not a vapour trail in sight.
Although from a purely personal and selfish point of view, I do hope the volcanic ash cloud moves on soon as we are due to fly somewhere very “Nice” in three weeks!
And I really do want to go!!!
In the meantime I’ll just enjoy my garden and all this pretty blossom. 🙂

Gorgeous blossom…our cherry blossom tree has yet to start flowering, but I can’t wait until I turn into my drive and whole house is obscured by pink flowers, love it! Xxx

The pink one is a flowering currant, it has a very pretty flower.
