Just before I go off on my holiday I thought I’d pop in and share my latest bunny with you!
Her name is Pixie! I chose that name because toadstools always remind me of Enid Blyton, they take me back to the times when I read ‘The Enchanted Wood and ‘The Magic Faraway Tree’ to my children, there were always lots of fairies, gnomes and pixies in those stories.
Pixie has lots of red with white spots because as we all know, that’s what ‘real’ toadstool look like!!
She is already on her way to her new home!
I’ve made a start on my autumn ‘girls’, as you can see from my bowl of bunny tails.
The bowl, very appropriately is from France, which is where we are off to on Saturday for a week!
I’ll ‘see’ you all on my return, have a lovely weekend and thanks as always for your lovely comments!
Au revoir! 🙂

Pixie is adorable. Is she off to some exotic location?
I remember my dad reading The Folk of the Faraway Tree to me when I was little. Can’t wait to read them to Violet.
How a fab holiday, Vivienne. xx

Thanks Vivienne for sharing one more bunny before your big trip. Pixie cheered up a rainy, grey day here. I love the contrasts of the red, white and aqua background.
Happy traveling,
A bientot,
Anne

Only just found this post! Pixie is adorable and of course toadstools have to be red with white spots! I adore the cardi with the little white hearts detail. You are probably home from your break now. I hope you had a lovely time and feel inspired to make many more bunnies. You have tails that need bodies attaching to!!! x

Hello Vivienne,
Finally, I am catching up! (I’m snuggly up to sick Charlie on the sofa, so a perfect time to read emails). I’m loving ‘Pixie’, partly for her red/blue combination, which is a grouping I do like. I hope the onset of Autumn isn’t proving too shocking for you, the countdown in your last posts did make me laugh! We are having some lovely sun inbetween the showers here, I hope you’re getting the same. Bx

Enjoy that break in France – maybe some Christmas goodies coming home with you?
Pixie is adorable – but then, so are all of her sisters!
