Yesterday turned out to be quite a nice day after what was a very stormy Saturday and so I did what I love to do best on a Sunday afternoon, take a walk in my park.
It was after 4.00pm when we arrived in the park and the sun was beginning to set, the sky was a beautiful lilac and we found ourselves in a very moody, atmospheric park.
Beautiful all year round!!!
However that was yesterday and today we are back to the heavy rain and gale force winds again, so nothing else for it but…………..
……bunny making!
Happy Monday, have a great week! 🙂

I love your moody park Vivienne, especially with the sun going down through the trees. Lovely colours used for the bunny feet. I look forward to seeing them made up fully. x

Branches always make striking tracery. No rain here yet today so we managed our Monday morning walk. Enjoy your bunny making!

Lovely photos….is that Brownlow House in the distance in one of the photos?
Just the day for a bit of crocheting or in my case knitting, Ali

Beautiful photos Vivienne! The park looks a wonderful place to walk, and with the water as a backdrop it must make it an uplifting place to stroll anytime of year.
No peace for the bunny makers of the world! Have fun creating!

I love that time of day. There’s something about the slanting light that seems to add an etherial mystery to things. I would be looking for fairies in the park. ;-). Isn’t the light beautiful over the water through the sleeping trees?

It is at least light enough for a walk in the park after 4.00 now isn’t it? I think we have to take our pleasures as we can these days when it comes to being outside. Love those little bunny feet!

Magnificent and moody, like it. Have a good week, in amongst the gales & wet. We’ve got a tree down here in the garden with the wind, I’m sure the landlady will have a pink fit when she sees it and blame me for it somehow!

Sorry I missed this post the first day, Vivienne, I’ve had a heck of a week (well, a bit preoccupied with crocheting that shawl as well…). Your photos are hopeful after so many days of dreary rain, lovely images. And the bunny legs just made me grin from ear to ear! 🙂 Thanks for linking up to the CAL! Chrissie xxx
